I’ve been a research assistant for 10 years working on neuroscience based projects across physiology, psychology, psychiatry and physiotherapy. I recently completed a PhD focussed on investigating high-definition direct current stimulation for the relief of tinnitus symptoms. I enjoy solving problems and using the latest techniques to investigate what signals in the brain can tell us, ways that we can perturb those signals to learn more, and potential ways of optimising neuroplasticity, cognitive performance and healthy ageing.
