Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, my work bridges the gap between theory and practice, with a focus on fostering inclusive environments that empower individuals and drive innovation. My research centres on improving mental health care accessibility for neurodivergent adults using participatory approaches that prioritise lived experiences. This work focuses on research inclusivity, leveraging AI conversational interfaces as complementary methodological innovations in accessible research design. Additionally, I am investigating the potential of immersive virtual reality technology to establish trust and rapport in remote mental health support services, addressing limitations of current Telehealth approaches while creating more accessible therapeutic environments for neurodivergent individuals. My professional background in strategic operations and HR leadership provides practical insights that inform my research approach, ensuring that academic findings can be effectively translated into real-world applications.
