I am a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) student and research assistant in the CAIN lab, currently working on the DIVULGE2 project. I first joined the CAIN Lab as a Summer Research Scholar in December 2025 and have continued working with the lab since then.

I am particularly interested in understanding the relationship between psychological and physical health, including how psychological factors such as individual differences in personality, attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions, influence and are influenced by physical health and health-related behaviours.

Alongside DIVULGE2, and as part of my research scholarship, I am contributing to a review paper examining the impact of psychological interventions on anxiety, depression, and psychological distress in adults with atrial fibrillation (AF). The review forms part of a broader Australian Heart Foundation-funded project that will help inform the co-design and subsequent acceptability and feasibility testing of an evidence-based, AF-specific psychological intervention aimed at reducing anxiety in people with AF.
